We’re thrilled to announce that ÐßÐßÊÓƵ is the first participant in the Law Society of Ontario’s ±è°ù´ÇÂá±ð³¦³Ù.Ìý

The A2I is a pilot project of the Law Society of Ontario designed to foster innovation in legal products and services using technology, and increase access to justice for Ontarians. ÐßÐßÊÓƵ is the first online will provider to be accepted into the A2I project.

So what does this mean for ÐßÐßÊÓƵ customers?

Vetting and oversight from Ontario’s legal regulator

Before being accepted into the program, ÐßÐßÊÓƵ’s online platform, terms and conditions, privacy policy, and complaints policies/procedures were reviewed and vetted in detail by the Law Society of Ontario. This gives you additional confidence that ÐßÐßÊÓƵ’s platform complies with all provincial regulations, and are of a high quality standard.

Bringing you more value and products

ÐßÐßÊÓƵ will be able to educate and empower more Canadians with convenient and affordable estate planning tools that meet the LSO's quality standards.

As part of the A2I project, ÐßÐßÊÓƵ has a conditional license from the LSO. This means we’ll explore new innovative estate planning products and legal services to bring you even more value as a ÐßÐßÊÓƵ customer.

End-of-life planning that you can trust

Over 100,000 Canadians have already trusted ÐßÐßÊÓƵ with their estate planning needs.

As part of the program, ÐßÐßÊÓƵ is also responsible for regular reporting to the Law Society of Ontario, and we will be working with the LSO to continually improve our documents and platform so they better serve Canadians.

Our participation in the pilot project means you can continue to create your wills and power of attorney with confidence.

“The A2I project aims to open up avenues for improved access to justice and ÐßÐßÊÓƵ meets this objective. Facilitating regulated access to an online service, which aids in the creation of a will or power of attorney, will both protect and serve the public.â€
